These terms apply when you use 0to1.live. By creating an account or using the site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use 0to1.live.
Your account
- You must be 18 or over and use a real email address.
- Keep your email safe: anyone who can read it can sign in as you.
- One person, one account. An account for a company is fine if a real person is responsible for it.
What you post
- You keep the rights to what you post. You allow 0to1.live to show it, translate it and use it to present the site (for example in the weekly digest) while it's on the site.
- Post only what you have the right to share, and keep it accurate: product facts, live stages, prices, reviews and pilot results.
- Reviews must come from your own use of the product. Founders may not review their own products or pay for reviews.
Pilots
A pilot is an agreement between the founder and the tester. The founder sets the offer and is responsible for keeping it; testers keep the commitments they accept. 0to1.live is not a party to that agreement and doesn't guarantee any product, perk or result. Don't share confidential information in a pilot unless you've agreed how it will be protected.
Investors
Listings and deal flow are information, not investment advice or an offer of securities. Do your own checks before investing. Intros happen only when both sides agree.
Coworking spaces
Space owners are responsible for their listings, prices and offers. Bookings and payments happen directly between you and the space.
Groups and messages
- Be respectful. No harassment, hate, threats, spam, scams or unwanted sales messages.
- Don't post anything illegal or sexual, or other people's private information.
- Organizers may hide posts and remove members of their group. You can block anyone who messages you.
Not allowed anywhere
- Fake accounts, fake votes or fake reviews, or buying them.
- Scraping the site, collecting people's contact details or sending bulk messages.
- Trying to break, overload or get around the security of the site.
Moderation
We review listings and coworking spaces before they go live. We may refuse, hide or remove content, groups or accounts that break these terms, usually with a reason. To report a problem, write to hello@0to1.live.
The service
0to1.live is provided as it is. We work to keep it running and safe, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. Sample listings, founders, spaces and groups are invented examples and are marked Sample. As far as the law allows, we're not liable for losses that come from using the site or from dealings between members.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and we email account holders about important changes. These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Questions: hello@0to1.live.
