This policy explains what 0to1.live collects, why, who can see it and how to delete it. We collect only what the site needs to work. We don't sell personal data and we don't show ads.
What we collect
- Your account: your email address, your name and, if you sign in with Google, your profile photo. We also store the language you use the site in.
- Your profiles: your role, company, company size, city, the kind of tester you are and your interests; for founders and investors, their profiles.
- What you post: product listings, logos and screenshots, updates, reviews, coworking spaces and their photos, group posts and replies.
- What you send: pilot applications, feedback, intro requests, tour requests and private messages.
- Records needed to run the service: sign-in sessions, a log of important actions (such as approving a listing) and counts of views and clicks for each listing.
Who can see it
- Everyone: product listings, founder profiles, reviews, coworking spaces and group descriptions.
- A product's team: when you apply to its pilot, the team sees your name, email, company and what you wrote. The same goes for intro requests to a team and tour requests to a coworking space.
- Group members: a group's posts, replies and member list are visible only to its members. Its organizers can hide posts.
- The two of you: a private message can be read only by the two people in the conversation. The 0to1.live team doesn't read messages; we would look at a conversation only to investigate a report of abuse or when the law requires it.
- The 0to1.live team: accounts, listings and reports, so we can review listings and keep the site safe.
Cookies
We use only the cookies the site needs: one that keeps you signed in (30 days), one that remembers your language (one year) and short-lived ones while you sign in with Google (10 minutes). There are no advertising or tracking cookies and no third-party analytics.
Counting visits
Listing pages count views and website clicks so founders can see their traffic. To count each visitor once an hour and to slow down abuse, we use your IP address in short-lived records that are deleted after two days. Counts are kept as daily totals, not per person.
Emails
We email sign-in links; updates about your listings, pilots, groups and messages; and a weekly digest of new launches. The digest is on when you create an account. You can switch it off with one click in any digest or on your account page. Message emails say who wrote to you, never what they wrote.
Services we use
- Cloudflare: hosting, database, file storage and machine translation (Workers AI). Text people write on public pages may be machine-translated and stored next to the original. Private messages and group posts are never translated.
- Resend: sending email.
- Google: only if you choose to sign in with Google. Google gives us your name, email address and photo.
These providers may process data outside Vietnam.
Your choices
- See and change your details on your account page.
- Delete your account at any time from your account page. This removes your profile, applications, reviews, votes, messages, group posts and the listings and spaces you own. Groups you organize pass to another member.
- Ask us for a copy of your data, a correction or anything else at hello@0to1.live. We reply within 30 days.
Age
0to1.live is for people aged 18 and over.
Changes
When we change this policy we update the date at the top, and we email account holders about important changes.
